What is a report?

A report is a structured account of your interaction with a real-estate agent. Reports include the type of interaction, what happened, and whether you lost money or would recommend the agent.

Report guidelines

• Reports must be based on your personal experience with the agent.
• You may only submit one report per agent from each phone number.
• Notes should describe your experience factually, without personal attacks or threats.
• Do not include personal information (phone numbers, email addresses, or URLs) in notes.

Flagging and moderation

Any user can flag a report they believe is inaccurate, abusive, or a duplicate. Flagged reports are reviewed by our moderation team, who may hide reports that violate our guidelines.

Privacy

Your phone number is required for verification but is never displayed publicly. Only your optional display name is shown with your report.
